The Peak.

Designed by Grimshaw Architects for Nestd, a social enterprise of Kids Under Cover which works to prevent youth homelessness, The Peak is a tiny house with a floor area of 32.5m2.

The Peak is lined with ply and finished with a metal exterior cladding providing a contemporary and sophisticated compact home that utilises prefabricated design. Delivered as a document and construct project.
