Located within the South Melbourne market, the project features internal plywood cladding throughout, sealed oriented strand board flooring and plywood joinery.
Features include polycarbonate wall cladding and roof sheeting to maximise light penetration within the internal building. The wall and roof structure have been designed to accommodate a future green roof and vertical planters.
Project value: $150,000 (excl GST) including design, consultant and authority fees, factory and site based construction. Form of Contract: AS4000. Factory based construction = 4 weeks.
