The project comprises a floor area of 230m2 and works included the internal fit out, external carpark and landscaping. Delivered as a document and construct project, site-based works were completed in 7 weeks. Preliminary design was completed by DKO.
Project value: $740,000 (excl GST) including design, consultant and authority fees, factory and site based construction. Form of Contract: AS4305. Completion Date: August 2017. Factory and site based construction = 12 weeks. Modular building system.
