Stockland Wantirna is the story of retrofitting a previous Stockland project built by Arkit. The original sales suite modules were brought back to our Sunshine facility for minor reconfigurations before being relocated to its new site to begin their next phase of life.

This is a great example of how Modern Methods of Construction can allow a level of sustainability and cost management well-beyond traditional approaches. The project comprises a floor area of 220m2 and works included the internal fit out, and landscaping.
