The building included a mixture of one and two bedroom accommodations, multi bed configurations for family bookings, a managers’ residence and a reception and staff area comprising of kitchenette, office space and communal areas.

Extensive landscaping and front gardens provided a warm interface to the streetscape. A range of construction materials including expressed panel system cladding, highlight screens, timber panelling and wharf timber were proposed for this development.
