While being constructed via a panelised prefab system, the building preserves a modular spatial and formal logic. The plan is zoned as public and private masses: the living area fronts the street and connects to the garden and outdoor dining, with the bedrooms sitting recessively behind, and the master bed peeking around the corner.

A high-level window pop above the central corridor brings light and volume to the building spine.

The primary building masses are material coded in metal and spotted gum, with curved corners at the primary approach. Together with an angled roof overhang and circular void, this creates drama of sunlight and shadow against the building that shifts with the seasons and time of day.
