Armstrong Creek Chaser.
Armstrong Creek Chaser is a marketing display suite constructed for Stockland by ARKit, with preliminary design completed by DC8 Studio.
The project comprises a floor area of 250m2 and 40m2 of external decking. The works included the construction of a new marketing display building, external carpark, landscaping and interior fit-out designed by other. The site-based works were completed in 11 weeks.
Project value: $1,700,000 (excl GST) including design, consultant and authority fees, factory and site based construction. Modular building system.
