The marketing display suite for Frasers Property development in Berwick Waters, Clyde North.
Based on Frasers Property's concept design, ARKit provided Design and Construction services for delivery of the display suite. The suite is a landmark building for visitors into the new estate, an inviting space that is accessible via an entry ramp.
This office and sales building features curved walls, windows and partitions to motion the visitors to explore around the space. The generous outdoor deck features an outdoor planter and seating area creating a viewing platform towards the community's wetlands and green open spaces.
Project value: $1,140,000 (excl GST) including design, consultant and authority fees, factory and site based construction. Modular building system.
