Design and construction of a new purpose built facility for the Phillip Island Community & Learning Centre.
Engaged by the Bass Coast Shire Council, the project comprises a floor area of 423m2 and works included the internal fit out, external carpark and landscaping.
The building features a commercial kitchen, two flexible multi-purpose rooms, PICAL pantry and storage, reception, multiple meeting and office rooms.
Project value: $1,900,000 (excl GST) including design, consultant and authority fees, factory and site based construction. Modular building system.
