The project comprises a floor area of 250m2 and 40m2 of external decking, and included carpark and landscape works. The use of corrugated metal gable forms presents as a refined minimal form with agrarian roots in this semi-rural location. A volumetric approach was used to prefabricate key building units from 2 modules stacked vertically, allowing for generous 1.5x height spaces, seamlessly connected on-site. This elegant form sits as a marker for the transition of this area to a residential community for a relaxed lifestyle.

Project value: $1,700,000 (excl GST) including design, consultant and authority fees, factory and site based construction. Site-based works were completed in 11 weeks.
