    Stockland Minta Farm

    Minta Farm Stockland is a marketing display suite constructed for Stockland with preliminary design completed by Clarke Hopkins Clarke.

    This project was delivered by Arkit as a document and construct project comprising a double storey loft design. Works included the internal fit out, external carpark and landscaping.

    Project value: $963,000 (excl GST) including design, consultant and authority fees, factory and site based construction. Form of Contract: AS2124. Completion Date: November 2018. Factory and site based construction = 12 weeks. Modular building system.
